I had a great experience at Bannister GM Chilliwack for my oil change. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they took the time to explain everything. I appreciated how quickly they finished the service, and communicated well throughout the service. The shuttle offered was helpful and not stressful as week. I’ll definitely return for future maintenance!

Very friendly staff and open to make my long dream of owning a truck become reality! On the day to retrieve the vehicle I went there with my 4-month old son and they made their best to resolve all paperwork as fast and smooth as possible to accommodate my family's needs. Before I even start inspecting the truck, the sales person informed me that my truck came with a few small defects from factory but he guaranteed me that it will be fixed with no cost, which I really appreciate the honesty and the resolution of the issue. Overall, best experience of customer service in a dealership I had in Canada.

Thank you to GM banister and especially to Meisha! We financed a 2022 ford escape, we weren’t even looking for anything like that! Once Meisha pulled it up we changed our minds for sure. Regular oil change and tire rotation service was excellent. Staff are very friendly and organized. I feel that pricing is very competitive with drive-through oil change businesses and quality of work is more dependable. I will definitely return again.

Great service - they explained everything to me. the shuttle to get me to work was fabulous, they even special ordered a car one day (of the 2) to make sure I got to work on time! 😃 The only thing I didn't appreciate was black grease marks on the ceiling of my driver's seat 😕Addendum: Chelsea (my rep at Bannister) contacted me and had me bring my car back the next day to remove the grease stains ..they are completely gone! Fantastic service and follow-up! 😃

Vehicle was ready on time. Jeremy was very attentive in following up with me to let me know what was happening with the vehicle. Getting the free car wash was also a nice benefit.

The service team at banister is great, Chelsea has been extremely helpful and I will continue to make the commute from Abbotsford to see them in chilliwack they’ve been so much more helpful than my local chev dealer in Abbotsford it’s like night and day and they’re much more pleasant to deal with. They always keep em informed with how long things are going to take and if it’s longer than 24 hours they make sure I have rental vehicle until I get my truck back. Couldn’t be happier with their service.
