Great service and genuine people at the counter. They have a sense of humor and that helps when spending money on a vehicle repair. Good communication systems for booking etc.

Fresnel made my car shopping easy and enjoyable! I told him what I was looking for, and what my budget was, and he was very knowledgeable about products and his inventory. Regular oil change and tire rotation service was excellent. Staff are very friendly and organized. I feel that pricing is very competitive with drive-through oil change businesses and quality of work is more dependable. I will definitely return again.
Great service - they explained everything to me. the shuttle to get me to work was fabulous, they even special ordered a car one day (of the 2) to make sure I got to work on time! 😃 The only thing I didn't appreciate was black grease marks on the ceiling of my driver's seat 😕Addendum: Chelsea (my rep at Bannister) contacted me and had me bring my car back the next day to remove the grease stains ..they are completely gone! Fantastic service and follow-up! 😃
I’m very happy to say that Bannister has exceedingly met our expectations. We purchased our new 2024 GMC 3500 Dually through Wayne Vandenbrink.He not only took every bit of opportunity to make sure we were taken of, he went above and beyond what most sales people never do. I’m happy to say that we’ll continue doing business with Bannister Chilliwack, including purchasing the rest of my fleet from Wayne.We can all agree, and it goes without saying, that car buying is stressful. Maybe even too stressful than we should allow; But… Wayne did a phenomenal job. I was also particularly happy with Jorden Kohler in the finance department. He’s a very personable guy, and clearly good at what he does. He was fast, thorough, and got the job done right.Lastly, Stew, in the shop did a great job on our install of the slip tank, which we desperately needed for our trip. This was a make or break for our deal due to time constraints of my business.Overall we couldn’t be happier, and I’ll be more than happy to continue supporting Bannister.

Vehicle was ready on time. Jeremy was very attentive in following up with me to let me know what was happening with the vehicle. Getting the free car wash was also a nice benefit.
The service team at banister is great, Chelsea has been extremely helpful and I will continue to make the commute from Abbotsford to see them in chilliwack they’ve been so much more helpful than my local chev dealer in Abbotsford it’s like night and day and they’re much more pleasant to deal with. They always keep em informed with how long things are going to take and if it’s longer than 24 hours they make sure I have rental vehicle until I get my truck back. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

Outstanding experience here, Brett helped me pick out my XT4 with everything I wanted and more! Brett and Mitch helped to secure the best pricing and Jordan was extra helpful walking me through the finance end of things and making sure I had the best add one/warranty for the best cost.I was eager to take my vehicle that night at close but Mitch was sure to get me back in the shop the for a full detail! The crew at Bannister diagnosed and remedied a check engine light on my truck the same day . Sara in reception was friendly and very helpful. Bannister had a rental truck lined up for me as requested. Over all 5 star experience.

I am at a loss for words really when it comes to describing the experience I had with Alec and Toni from Bannister. To say I left with a smile is an understatement. They were incredible to work with and they made me feel like family more than anything. They helped myself come away with an amazing vehicle that was absolutely PERFECT for my family and I. You could tell they cared and did everything they could to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. It was truly amazing, I left with the happiest tears. I will sing their praises every place I go and won’t consider for a second giving my business to anyone else. I can’t say enough great things and I would HIGHLY recommend them to any and all people. Truly amazing staff. It’ll be a day I won’t forget for a very long time. They are without a doubt the best group of individuals I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to vehicles!

Keep forgetting to leave this review, but a couple months ago the service department helped me out. It is a top notch customer oriented company and employees go the extra mile. The service manager here honored an agreement and debt from KIA for me to the tune of $150 they refused to pay/honor. That's a rare thing in this day and age of the almighty dollar reigning supreme over quality customer service. I can't remember the service techs name but he's the first person to the left as you walk in the service bay into the service center. Highly recommend this knowledgeable man and Bannister Chevy for that & exceptional service diagnosing a problem with a noise I had as well. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Edit: I got the man's name who treats customers right! Jeremy Bussinger. Easy to feel at ease and trust this employee based on actions, not words.There are Two service departments on my list for exceptional service. Both Bannister as well, Sonya @ KIA & Chevy do it right and do it for you, not the cost.
Body Shop and especially Robyn went way past anything anyone could expect. The car looks beautiful but the people at Bannister outshone it
